The 2021 Annual Feijoada is quickly approaching! It’ll look a little different than what we’ve done in the past, but it’s all in an effort to keep everyone safe.
Using the Eventbrite link here, you’ll be able to pre-order Feijoada Completa (black bean stew, rice, collard greens, vinaigrette, and oranges) for either two or four people. And for those who are coming from out of town (or you just want extras to freeze for later!), you can pre-order Feijoadas Simples (just the black bean stew) for either two or four people. That way, you can make your own sides at home.
Once you place your order (make sure you do it before February 20!), you’ll be able to pick up your orders at Ivy Tech Culinary Center (2820 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208) between 10am and 1pm on Saturday, February 27.
